Hi there! I'm Laura, and I'm so excited that you've found your way here.

As a Registered Dietitian (Nutritionist), I'm deeply passionate about guiding others toward sustainable wellness through personalized, evidence-based nutrition counseling. I take a comprehensive approach to nutrition counseling, empowering individuals to fuel their bodies effectively while also nurturing a positive relationship with food. Through education, support, realistic goal setting, and accountability, I empower people to make lasting changes that enhance both their health and happiness.

When I’m not helping others change their lives through nutrition and wellness interventions, I find joy in hiking, reading, connecting with friends, spending quality time with family, and trying new recipes. I firmly believe that wellness encompasses all aspects of our lives, and I'm here to support you in discovering the best version of yourself.

What It's Like to Work With Laura

“For the last few years, it’s been my good fortune to have been paired with Laura for nutrition and weight loss counseling.
